[Ontario, OR] - The Treasure Valley Community College volleyball team hosted the Hawks from Columbia Basin on Wednesday, October 18th. The Chukars needed to win in order to keep their NWAC Tournament hopes alive. The Chukars came out on top, as they doused the Hawks, winning 3-1. Keysha Mckean, Faith Burris, Mariya Hoffner, Lexy Parsons, and Addison Adams each recorded double-digit digs. Parsons, Addison Raebel, and Mackenzie Olsen each led the way with double-digit kills on the evening. Sophomore setter Hoffner added 49 assists with her 17 digs.
The win moved the Chukars into a fourth-place position in the East Region standings, where they sit tied with Spokane. The Chukars will head to the currently third ranked Yakima Valley Yaks on Saturday.
