NIC wins second half, beat the CHUKS 85-71

(Ontario, OR) - The Cardinals from North Idaho College used it's bench scoring to overcome the CHUKS in the second half to win 85-71. Holding on to just a one point lead at the half, the Cardinals bench outscored the Chukars' bench 34-15.

Tyus Jefferson led the way for the CHUKS scoring 15 points. Rodarius Mitchell scored 14 off the bench, while Hunter Bailey scored 12 and Edo Okafor and De'Marcco Alexander each added 10 points.

The Chukars, 5-9 overall and 1-2 in league, will travel to Columbia Basin College this Monday.
