Chukar Women Go Undefeated in Home Duals

[Ontario, OR] - The Treasure Valley Community College Women's Wrestling team competed in three duals at home on December 13th. The three visiting teams included Pacific University, Linfield University, and Eastern Oregon University. The Chukar squad showed strong performances throughout the day.

Treasure Valley Community College vs. Pacific University (34–19 TVCC)
TVCC started the day strong against Pacific University. Freshman Marlie Skidmore earned a technical fall in the 103# weight class, and sophomore Gracie Strickland picked up a fall in the 117# weight class. Freshman Abigail Mardock added a technical fall at 124#, while returner Ava Collins recorded a fall at 145#. Freshmen Bailey Seley and Gracie Baker added forfeit wins, helping TVCC secure a 34–19 victory over the Boxers.
 
Treasure Valley Community College vs. Linfield University (41–14 TVCC)
The next dual for Treasure Valley was Linfield University, where the home team continued their strong performance. Early forfeit wins at 110#, 117#, 124#, 145#, and 207# helped build a lead. Skidmore earned another technical fall at 103#, and freshman Gracin Dennis recorded a fall at 180#, with Baker adding another forfeit at 207#. TVCC closed this dual with a 41–14 win over the Wildcats.
 
Treasure Valley Community College vs. Eastern Oregon University (30–26 TVCC)
The final dual of the day against Eastern Oregon University was a close match. Skidmore started with a forfeit win at 103#. Eastern Oregon scored several wins with technical falls and a fall, but Treasure Valley responded with key victories. Collins earned a fall at 145#, Dennis picked up a fall at 180#, while Baker finished at 207# with a fall, giving TVCC the edging 30-26 victory over the Mountaineers.
 
Treasure Valley finished the day with three solid wins over 4-year programs, showing depth and consistency across all weight classes. The Chukar women will enjoy their holiday break before travling to McMinnville, OR to face Linfield University in January 2026.
