CHUKS split with Big Bend, win game two 9-0
(Ontario, OR) - Sophomore Jordan Henley hit three homes on the day, despite the Chukars splitting with Big Bend CC.
Game 1: Big Bend CC 6 TVCC 5
The Chukars outhit the Vikings 9-8 but committed three errors that led to 3 unearned runs in the 6-5 loss. Jordan Henley homered twice (13, 14 on the year) and had 4 RBI's. Lynsey Hudelson had two hits and Rachael Ringer doubled.
Raelyn Curry suffered the loss.
Game 2: CHUKS 9 Big Bend 0
Freshman Shaylee Flint gave up only 2 hits in six innings to earn the shutout. Hudelson continued the hot bat, collecting two more hits while Gracie Waite doubled. Ringer hit her 6th home run of the year and Henley hit her 15th HR of the year, a walk off 2 run shot in the bottom of the sixth inning.
