Chukars sweep Blue Mountain 11-1 and 11-3
(Ontario, OR) - The CHUKAR softball team swept the Timberwolves from Blue Mountain CC on Tuesday 11-1 and 11-3 to move to 10-6 in the first half of league play.
Raelyn Curry and Katie Davis pitched complete games to earn the wins.
Game 1 TVCC 11 BMCC 1 (5 innings)
Raechel Ringer hit her 3rd HR of the game and had 3 RBI's to lead the CHUKS. Jenna Gray, Maisy Smith, and CJ Davis all had two hits as the CHUKARS outhit the Wolves 11-5.
Game 2 TVCC 11 BMCC 3 (6 innings)
Smith went 3-3 and Jordan Henley went 1-2 with 3 more RBI's and Gabriel Okamura delivered the big hit in the bottom of the 6th inning for the walk off RBI single to lift the Chukars over the Wolves in game two to complete the sweep.
Katie Davis pitched a complete game to earn the win.
