Chukars cannot finish in second half drop match to Big Bend CC 91-84
(Ontario, OR) - The TVCC men's basketball team trailed at the half but jumped out to a 9 point lead midway through the second half but could not hold on and lost to Big Bend CC 91-84 on Wednesday evening in John J Easly gymnasium.
Sophomore Jarek Schetzle led the CHUKS with his second consecutive double double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman De'Marcco Alexander added 12 points and Edo Okafor added another double double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Landon Jones came off the bench to add 11 points and Braxton Bailey chipped in with 10 points.
The Chukars dropped to 2-3 in league and will travel to Wenatchee Valley this Saturday.
