Baseball Improves to 7-1, Takes Series Over Lakers 3-1
[Coos Bay, OR] - The Treasure Valley Community College Baseball team continued their pre-season success on the road as they travelled to Southwestern Orecon Community College. Both teams entered the weekend undefeated, winning their first four games the previous weekend. The Chukars swept Chemeketa Community College, while the Lakers were coming off a series sweep of Olympic College.
Durham A Difficult Out As TVCC 2026 Defeat SWOCC
Colt Durham collected four hits in six at bats, as TVCC defeated SWOCC 7-4 on Thursday in game one. Colt Durham singled in the ninth inning, singled in the first inning, singled in the second inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
TVCC made the score 7-4 in the top of the ninth after Brayden Ollar drew a walk, scoring one run, Colt Durham singled, scoring one run, and Cam Ueland singled, scoring two runs.

TVCC couldn't keep up with SWOCC and fell 8-0 on Thursday.

Kade Bailey and Landyn Fullmer each collected one hit for TVCC. TVCC were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Hudson Meyer had the most chances in the field with six.
Boyd Kay's Strong Eye Leads TVCC Past SWOCC
Boyd Kay showed a strong eye at the plate on Friday, as Kay walked three times while leading TVCC to an 11-6 victory over SWOCC.
A single by Bryden Ollar put TVCC on the board in the top of the second.
TVCC added to their early lead in the top of the third inning when Landyn Fullmer singled, scoring one run, and Ethan Cates hit a sacrifice fly, scoring two runs.
TVCC recaptured the lead, 10-6, in the top of the seventh after Ethan Cates walked, Hunter Christensen walked, Brayden Ollar singled down the left field line, and Colt Durham singled to left field, each scoring one run.
Trey Allen earned the win for TVCC. The righty allowed two hits and three runs (zero earned) over two innings, striking out two and walking none. Landyn Fullmer started on the mound for TVCC. The right-handed pitcher allowed three hits and three runs (one earned) over four innings, striking out four and walking none. Grayson Paul collected the save.

Colt Durham Drives 5 Runners Home In TVCC Victory Over SWOCC
Colt Durham drove in five runs on two hits to lead TVCC 2026 past SWOCC 13-3 on Friday. Durham hit a home run to left field in the third inning, scoring three runs, and doubled in the second inning, scoring two.
TVCC scored seven runs in the second inning on the way to victory. a wild pitch scored one run, an error scored one run, Colt Durham doubled, scoring two runs, Kade Bailey was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Seth Vogt was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Elliot Jamison was struck by a pitch, driving in a run.
