Chukars bounce back, take game two 5-3
(Newberg, OR) - The Chukar baseball team bounced back to take game two of the opening season doubleheader with Chemeketa CC on Saturday in Newberg.
After called for darkness on Saturday, with the Chukars leading 5-2, the game was resumed on Sunday morning and sophomore relief pitcher Kaleb Jones came in to hold off the Storm.
Cole Jones, Logan LaFamina, Dylan Mansanzarez, Jared Seamons, Joe Puzio, and Tyler Gay all collected one hit in the game. The Chukars scored four runs in the fifth inning.
