[Ontario, OR] - The Chukar Men's basketball team could not put a halt to North Idaho's visiting Cardinals on Saturday.
NIC was off to a hot start, putting up 45 points in a seventeen-point lead at the half. DeVaughn Williams led the Chukars with 13 total points. He was the only player to score in the double digits. Following Williams was Garret Long with 6 points. The Chuks lost by a final score of 86-60.
The men's next game will be at home Saturday, February 12th versus Big Bend. The Vikings are 2-4 in the East Region. This will be another battle for our 0-8 team, who are looking to achieve their first East Region win of the season.
