Bio

Ruben Rodriguez grew up in Marsing, Idaho and graduated from Marsing High School.  He continued his education at Weber State University where he played for the Wildcat Men's Club Volleyball Team.  Coach Rodriguez transferred to Walla Walla University where he was three-year team captain for the Men's Club Volleyball Team.  He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Walla Walla University in 2018 and spent the next year as an assistant coach for the Walla Walla University Women's Club Team.  Ruben brings with him 10 years of coaching experience and is excited to serve as the Assistant Coach for the Chukars while working along side his sister, Mayra.  Ruben enjoys running, playing volleyball, hiking, paddle boarding, and hanging out with family.  "I have always played with passion, and I want to create that culture here at TVCC!" -Ruben Rodriguez
