Whiteley Earns All-American Honors
(Ontario, OR) - The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) named TVCC's Jessica Whiteley to their 2019 Second-Team All-American list. Whiteley helped the Chukars to a 23-16 (11-5 NWAC East Region) finish. She averaged 2.9 kills per set with a .354 hitting percentage (2nd best in the NWAC). She had 32 solo blocks and assisted on 83 for a block total of 115 (4th best in the NWAC). Whiteley played in all 39 matches for the Chukars and helped the program return to the NWAC Championships for the first time since 2008.
