Chukars make it 4 in a row with win over CBC
(Pasco, WA) - The TVCC volleyball team extended their win streak to four with a convincing 3 set win over CBC, 25-23, 25-16, 25-7.
Freshman Kawai Ua, named NWAC East region offensive player of the week (last week), led the Chukars with 10 kills on the night. Jessica Whiteley added 9 and Tessa McFetridge had 7 kills.
Anela Navor dished out 29 assists. Baylie Whiting, Navor, and Ua each had 10 digs on the defensive side.
The Chukars, 16-13 overall and 8-5 in league, will take on league leading Spokane on Friday night at 6 pm, in John J Easly gymnasium.
