Bio

Coach Mike Hernholm brings over 30+ years of playing and coaching experience to Treasure Valley Community College.

Prior to coaching with TVCC Mike has coached with Western Colorado University, and Fort Lewis College. He has also coached at Real SC where he would work with the youth academy, train goalkeepers, and coach an 05 and 06 girls team. His recent club experience was at Albion SC where he coached a traveling 06 girls team.

His playing career started him playing for the top clubs in Southern California to playing College for Fort Lewis College and Cal State Domingues Hills. He also had a spill playing professionally in Norway.

Coach Hernholm holds licenses with the USSF C, D, E, and F Licenses, United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper License, Chievo Verna, Italy Coaching Education Program. Hernholm holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and an M.S. in Sports Management.
