Women's Soccer Hosts Pre-Season Scrimmages

[Ontario, OR] - The Treasure Valley Community College Women's Soccer team kicked off thier season over the weekend, hosting scrimmages with College of the Siskiyous. Looking to rebound from a difficult 2021 season, the Chukars were off to a hot start scoring the first goal of the 2022 season. Although the scrimmages on Friday and Saturday were pre-season and do not count toward win/loss record, individual stats, or team stats, TVCC strung together numerous goals and plaed well. 

While scores were not kept, the Chukars saw multiple shots hit the back of the net. With numerous freshmen on the roster, TVCC has a young group that will look to gain experience this week at the Friendlies. The Chukars will travel to Tukwila, WA for the NWAC Friendlies on August 23rd and 24th. On the 23rd, TVCC will play South Puget Sound at 11 am Pacific Time, and compete against Everett at 8 am Pacific Time on the 24th.
