Men's Basketball Cracks Top 10 of NWAC Coaches Poll

[Ontario, OR] - For the first time in the 2025-26 season, the Treasure Valley Community College Men's Basketball team has earned a spot in the top 10 NWAC Men's Basketball Coaches' Poll that was released on Tuesday, February 3rd. Treasure Valley earned the #9 spot in the rankings, after receiving votes on the previous poll. Blue Mountain is the only other East Region team who is in the top 10, where the Timberwolves currently sit #7. Notably, the Chukars defeated the Timberwolves on January 21st with a commanding victory, winning 96-74. 

The Chukars wrapped up the month of January with a 7-1 record, after entering region play with a 3-8 pre-season record. Treasure Valley's next action will come at home on February 7th, as they welome the Big Bend Vikings for a 12pm tipoff.
