Chukars sweep Walla Walla CC, 6-0 and 7-4
(Walla Walla, WA) - Sophomore Roy Robles pitched a gem in game one at Walla Walla winning 6-0 and only giving up 3 hits in his 9 innings of work.
Game 1: CHUKS 6 WWCC 0
Chase Barerra and Wyatt Bleskin each hit their first home run of the season and CC Burrup banged out two triples. Barerra also doubled. Drayson Hladky and Payton Higgins also had two hits.
Game 2: CHUKS 7 WWCC 4
Tyler Strickland earns the win in game two to give the Chukars the sweep on the day. Casey Rodriguez went 3-5 to lead the CHUKS, while Carson Wong, Connor Benear, and Trent Cooper each had two hits.
