Lady CHUKS defeat Tacoma 93-68
(Ontario, OR) - The TVCC women's basketball team came out fired up on day two of the NWAC East Region crossover tournament and defeated the Titans from Tacoma CC 93-68.
Sophomore Lissette Saenz led the way with 20 points, including 7-12 shooting and 5-6 from the 3 point arc. Kia Pokibro and Madalyn Tucker each added 14 points and Paige Vorwaller chipped in with 10 points. Shaylee Gilchrist led the team with 7 rebounds.
The Chukars, 4-2 overall, will take on Chemeketa CC Sunday.
