Chukars lose at Walla Walla 92-87
(Walla Walla, WA) - The Chukars led 42-39 at the intermission at Walla Walla on Wednesday night, but the Warriors came back in the second half to beat the Chukars 92-87.
Freshman Tyus Jefferson led all scorers with 32 points on 10-22 from the floor, including 12-13 from the free throw line. Hunter Bailey added 19 points including 6-6 from the charity stripe. Edo Okafor chipped in with 13 and grabbed 9 rebounds. Jaden Vaughn knocked down 12 points.
The Chukars, 10-7 overall and 3-3 in league, will host Yakima Valley this Saturday at 4 pm.
